Randstad Italia SpA Inhouse division, is looking for an Admin Specialist for a multinational company operating in the telecommunications sector.
Location: Pisa
Contract: around 30K
This position is powered by Randstad Italia SpA, outsourcing partner of the multinational company. Please apply only if you are willing to consider this type of contract.
The research is aimed at candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77).
Responsabilità
Manage company assets regular inventory and assignment to colleagues
Analyze and prepare reports and presentation on office management and suppliers.
Provide support to Admin manager:
- coordination of external suppliers and reception
- contacts with office landlord
- payment of office invoices and renting
- office management (daily support to colleagues and contacts with Rep Office Admin Managers)
Coordinating company events (office setup, orders to suppliers etc.)
Manage confidential documents
Functie-eisen
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus
Experience in office management and organizing company events, such as team buildings, meetings etc.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
A team player
Great attention to details
