Role Summary & Responsibilities
• Provide application level support for List SaaS customers;
• Manage incidents workflow;
• Ability to develop accurate and standard documentation;
• Keep all team members up to date on activities and open issues;
• Continuous application monitoring (from functional and capacitive point of view);
• Develop simple script modules for customer specific integration needs;
• Work in accordance with policies, procedures and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bs or Ms in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Good written and oral communication skills of English and Italian languages;
• Basic or intermediate level of experience with Unix and/or Linux systems;
• Basic or intermediate level of experience with SQL and/or PLSQL language;
• Structured problem solving approach;
• Ability to adapt a flexible working pattern;
• Availability to travel.

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with ASP and/or SAAS services or with working in Support’s teams;
• Ability to work in a team environment.
