Job Description



Zerynth is looking for a Marketing Intern focused on editing and maintaining the website and the blog. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing Team on outbound/inbound lead generation campaigns, on communication and social media channels. He/she also will support the Team by organizing initial calls, setting appointments, and qualifying leads. This exciting opportunity will have a direct impact on the growth of Zerynth’s visibility.



 



Primary Job Responsibilities






  • Maintain web contents editing the pages on Zerynth website with the usage of the CMS Wordpress
  • Support in the content creation for the blog, social media channels and keep the media updated
  • Monitor comments and posts on social media
  • Monitor competitors on websites and social media
  • Be involved on SEO tasks and monitor position on selected keywords
  • Support the reporting using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Collaborate on the organization of webinars or other events
  • Segment the Market: identify and search industries, companies and contacts (using the tools Report Aziende, Linkedin Sales Navigator or other database)
  • Run email campaigns to generate new leads on the target segments identified
  • Write effective emails with the goal to convert contacts into leads
  • Support Sales Team making outbound/inbound calls to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
  • Support the Marketing Team to implement marketing strategies
  • Update the CRM with detailed notes of activities and results
  • Update and cleanup the database of contacts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on the organization of webinars or other events


 



Desired Skills and Qualifications






  • Training in Economics, Marketing or other related fields (some background or training in digital marketing or lead generation will also be considered)
  • Excellent Italian and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using social media
  • Experience with Google tools
  • Experience in social selling tools like LinkedIn
  • Experience on Wordpress
  • Ability to plan activities and prioritize
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • Ability to measure KPIs and to report
  • Passion in Photography
  • Passion on the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing a deal

This is a position advertised across many European countries, but the location is Pisa, Italy. Our preference is for those with a valid working visa or a permanent residence in Italy or, for any candidate holding a European Passport. All communication and resumes must be submitted in English.
